Shipping Policy
At Edge Racing Converters, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently
as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically started 2-5 business days after we have talked and confirmed your order and
we have your authorization to start your build.
Custom or specialty-built products may require additional processing time depending on
availability and production schedules.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders through the trusted carrier UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending
on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination,
and selected shipping service.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Edge
Racing Converters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather
conditions, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain
products, oversized items, or specific regions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Edge Racing Converters
is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
We want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If you experience an issue with your
order, please contact us directly so we can help resolve it.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused and uninstalled products in their
original condition and packaging.
The following items may not be eligible for return:
● Special-order products
● Installed or used products
● Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
● Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact our team at 1 (805) 210 - 2585 with their order
number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
If the return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the
original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
