Shipping and Return Policy

At Edge Racing Converters, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically started 2-5 business days after we have talked and confirmed your order and we have your authorization to start your build. Custom or specialty-built products may require additional processing time depending on availability and production schedules. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders through the trusted carrier UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Edge Racing Converters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain products, oversized items, or specific regions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Edge Racing Converters is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
